Travels Through London City Airport To Luton?

London city airport is an international airport in London England. it is located in the Royal Docks approximately 7 miles east of the city of London.  The London city airport has over 4.5 million passengers in the year 2017 and is the fifth busiest airport by passengers and aircraft movements in the London area and is the 14th busiest airport in the UK with over 5 million passengers. 

The  Luton Airport is located 1.5 miles east of Luton town in the center of England and it is 28 miles north of Central London. the Luton airport welcomes more than 10 million passengers per year and serves destinations in Europe but it also has routes to Asia and northern Africa.

The distance between London Gatwick to London Luton is about 70 Miles there are two direct public transport options from Gatwick to Luton the most popular transport is by rail that goes to the center of London and it is the fastest way to transfer.  Another alternative direct option is by National Express coaches that will go around London making you visit the Heathrow Airport on the way, this might be a slower option but with people who have plenty of time to kill save an extra amount of money by taking the National Express. 

The fastest option from Gatwick London to Luton London will be e through train by the Thameslink train. You cannot find a direct train from the Luton airport so you will have to take a 5-minute shuffle to the passenger terminal using a bus that runs every 10 minutes.  The journey time from Gatwick London to Luton London will take around 80 minutes. 

Taking the national express bus from Gatwick to London isn't the fastest way but it can be a cheaper option and another added advantage is it takes you from the passenger terminal of one airport to the passenger terminal of the Other airport.  But the journey by bus is scheduled to take between 2 hours 20 minutes to 2 hours 45 minutes. 

The Luton Airport on the other hand features only one runway and accommodates around 60 aircraft. The Terminal also has shops, restaurants, and lounges. The Luton airport has a wide array of transfer services at your disposal. 

The Luton airport also offers minicab options for its passengers.  There are a variety of courteous, professional, and personal service options at affordable prices 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. There are even online platforms that help you to book a minicab more easily. 

If you choose to take the Minicab you will be offered a trip with reliable drivers that will give you a door-to-doorstep drop at the terminal the online booking options are hassle-free and can be either booked in advance or at the last minute. 

a passenger can also use the coach service that is the Green Line 757 it travels through the Victoria coach station and stops at the Bent cross. the service runs non-stop every 20 minutes and the trip will take around 1 hour 15 minutes with a single ticket that will cost you just 17 pounds. 

Another cheap option would be the easyBus which provides you a trip with a One Way Ticket starting from 2 Pounds which can also be booked online.  These bus services also provide you a lot of discounts when booked in advance and the buses terminating at London Victoria have another big benefit that is a left luggage office at Victoria coach station which will allow you to have a little sightseeing if you have long gaps between your flight.

The only public transport between London Luton and London Stansted airports are the National Express coaches that shuffle between these two airports the London Luton and the London Stansted airports are about 35 miles north of London.  Perhaps having a lot of options to choose from it will completely depend on the needs of the passenger to get themselves a convenient and comfortable trip.
